Our Mission

The Hannah Gray Home is a residential care home that seeks to provide low income housing, supervised care, and supportive services to elderly individuals in the Dixwell and Greater New Haven communities.

It aims to foster an environment in which residents not only feel a sense of belonging but also feel connected to the cultural and spiritual roots of their community.
